Management

The six Wellington Place facilities that make up Wellington Homes of Wisconsin LLC, are managed by Carriage Healthcare Companies Inc, providing management and consulting services.

These services are currently provided to long term care and assisted living facilities under long term contracts. Our management agreements can be tailored to either provide a full range of management services including all accounting services, or a more structured management based upon the needs of the owner.

Carriage Healthcare Companies, Inc. currently manages nineteen facilities owned by three separate non-profit corporations. CHC also manages three for-profit nursing facilities. All facilities are located in Illinois, Wisconsin and New Mexico.
